Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
1. Provide overall leadership, vision, and strategic direction.
2. Oversee all operational and programmatic functions.
3. Represent Acted for Peace with donors, partners, and government.
4. Ensure organizational growth, impact, and sustainability.
5. Lead advocacy, partnerships, and external relations.
Program Manager
1. Design, plan, and supervise all programs and sector-specific interventions.
2. Coordinate with donors to align program objectives and reporting.
3. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness.
4. Provide technical and strategic support to project teams.
5. Ensure compliance with national policies and donor standards.
Project Manager
1. Lead day-to-day implementation of specific projects.
2. Develop work plans, budgets, and procurement needs.
3. Supervise project staff and field implementation.
4. Liaise with stakeholders and beneficiaries.
5. Report project progress, challenges, and success stories.
Finance Officer
1. Prepare and manage project and organizational budgets.
2. Ensure compliance with donor financial guidelines.
3. Conduct regular financial reporting and audits.
4. Manage payroll, banking, and fund disbursements.
5. Develop internal financial controls and risk management systems.
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer
1. Design and implement M&E frameworks and tools.
2. Monitor project indicators and track outcomes and impacts.
3. Prepare regular M&E and donor reports.
4. Support learning, knowledge management, and best practices.
5. Conduct baseline surveys, mid-term reviews, and final evaluations.
Human Resource (HR) Officer
1. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff evaluations.
2. Facilitate capacity building and staff development plans.
3. Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
4. Maintain employee records and manage payroll.
5. Promote staff welfare, conflict resolution, and ethical conduct.
Field Officers
1. Coordinate field-level activities and mobilize communities.
